Vanessa BarrettVanessa Barrett has been teaching yoga for over 12 years, bringing the benefits of this practice to participants from beginner to advanced. After completing her 200-hour teacher training in Vinyasa flow with Gina Caputo, Vanessa says her teaching style and personal practice has been forever changed. In her class she will invite you to examine the depth of your yoga practice and to find your edge. “Most students are capable of doing much more than they think they can.” Always keeping a touch of humor in her teaching, she will encourage you to “play” a little and explore. Vanessa credits yoga for helping her live life to the fullest and to be present in each moment.
One of her favorite quotes from her teacher, “Life is short, you live once, ain’t no time for auto pilot.” |
Angie BoltAngie been practicing yoga for 12 years, She took her first class at the YMCA, after my regular work out and soon discovered how yoga was transforming my mind and body! Angie received her 200 hour RYT 2 in 2016 and now teaches at several locations, including a program designed for cancer patients. She loves being able to help her students benefit from yoga, the way that yoga has benefitted her. Angie's yoga philosophy: "Yoga is three parts. One part breath work, one part asana (poses) and one part meditation."
She truly enjoys practicing and teaching in such a beautiful space as Studio On Main. |
Debbie KapplerDebbie was first introduced to yoga in a gym as a way to stretch after cardio classes. What she soon discovered was healing in all aspects of life. Her desire to share that healing and peace with others led her to obtain her 200 RYT as well as additional certifications in children’s yoga. In her classes you will focus on connecting movement to breath while honoring your body. Being able to share yoga with others and watching them find healing and empowerment is her passion.
She considers it a privilege to share the many benefits of yoga and mindfulness with children and watch them grow and learn while having fun. She looks forward to seeing you, and your children, on your mat! |

Annie ElliotIt all began with a low-key yoga class at Longview Community college back in 2013. I was in search of a new and improved lifestyle and reducing stress. Ever since then yoga has been a huge part of my life, inspiring me to share my knowledge and teach others. I like to focus on comfort, meditation, relaxation, and gentle yoga for all levels. What a magnificent experience it has been, practicing and studying yoga. I am so grateful and honored to be teaching here at Studio On Main, which is where i became a certified instructor in 2016.
